Compose work-related reports that support effective relationship management and a high standard of documentation and record keeping. Write and present results and conclusions in a clear and intelligible way so they are comprehensible to a non-expert audience.
Administer all types of data resources through their lifecycle by performing data profiling, parsing, standardisation, identity resolution, cleansing, enhancement and auditing. Ensure the data is fit for purpose, using specialised ICT tools to fulfil the data quality criteria.
Explain technical details to non-technical customers, stakeholders, or any other interested parties in a clear and concise manner.
Display results, statistics and conclusions to an audience in a transparent and straightforward way.
Utilise computers, IT equipment and modern day technology in an efficient way.
Maintain a temperate mental state and effective performance under pressure or adverse circumstances.
The body of legislation and regulations that apply to the field of civil aviation at regional, national, European and International levels. Understand that regulations aimed at protecting citizens at all times in civil aviation; ensure that operators, citizens, and organisations comply with these rules.
Search for possible faults. Perform visual checks. Analyse system indicators and use diagnostic devices.
