Mathematics is the study of topics such as quantity, structure, space, and change. It involves the identification of patterns and formulating new conjectures based on them. Mathematicians strive to prove the truth or falsity of these conjectures. There are many fields of mathematics, some of which are widely used for practical applications.
Handle mail considering data protection issues, health and safety requirements, and specifications of different kinds of mail.

The engineering elements like functionality, replicability, and costs in relation to the design and how they are applied in the completion of engineering projects.
Collect data and statistics to test and evaluate in order to generate assertions and pattern predictions, with the aim of discovering useful information in a decision-making process.
Use models (descriptive or inferential statistics) and techniques (data mining or machine learning) for statistical analysis and ICT tools to analyse data, uncover correlations and forecast trends.
Hire new employees by scoping the job role, advertising, performing interviews and selecting staff in line with company policy and legislation.
Drawing software and the various symbols, perspectives, units of measurement, notation systems, visual styles and page layouts used in technical drawings.
Create detailed technical plans of machinery, equipment, tools and other products.
Read a text thoroughly, search for, review and correct errors to ensure content is valid for publishing.
Understand project management and the activities which comprise this area. Know the variables implied in project management such as time, resources, requirements, deadlines, and responding to unexpected events.
The systematic approach to the development and maintenance of engineering systems.
Collect data resulting from the application of scientific methods such as test methods, experimental design or measurements.
Fix and schedule professional appointments or meetings for clients or superiors.
Prepare technical reports that describe results and processes of scientific or technical research, or assess its progress. These reports help researchers to keep up to date with recent findings.
Conduct experimental, environmental and operational tests on models, prototypes or on the systems and equipment itself in order to test their strength and capabilities under normal and extreme conditions.
Create visual representations of data such as charts or diagrams for easier understanding.
Ensure that the equipment required for operations is regularly checked for faults, that routine maintenance tasks are performed, and that repairs are scheduled and performed in the case of damage or flaws.
Write down instructions about how to properly and safely use equipment, machinery, and systems.
