Техник по 3D-печати — работа в Финляндии
3D Printing technicians assist in the designing and programming of products, ranging from prosthetic products to 3D miniatures. They may also provide 3D printing maintenance, check 3D renders for customers and run 3D printing tests. 3D printing technicians can also repair, maintain and clean 3D printers.
Техник по 3D-печати - Какие навыки обязательны?
The preservation and restoration of products and systems, and the methods and logistics of these practices.
Solve problems which arise in planning, prioritising, organising, directing/facilitating action and evaluating performance. Use systematic processes of collecting, analysing, and synthesising information to evaluate current practice and generate new understandings about practice.
The process of reproducing 3D objects by using 3D printing technologies.
Methods, processes, and restrictions related to printing on machines that produce large quantities and sizes of graphic print materials.
The techniques and processes to reproduce text and images using a master form or template such as letterpress printing, gravure, and laser printing.
Adjust designs of products or parts of products so that they meet requirements.
The materials, such as paper, film, metal foils, and glass, on which texts or designs can be transferred by applying ink through direct pressure or with intermediate rollers.
Create technical designs and technical drawings using specialised software.
Use appropriate questions and active listening in order to identify customer expectations, desires and requirements according to product and services.
Recommend technical solutions, including systems, to the client within the framework of a project.
The process of developing a mathematical representation of any three-dimensional surface of an object via specialised software. The product is called a 3D model. It can be displayed as a two-dimensional image through a process called 3D rendering or used in a computer simulation of physical phenomena. The model can also be physically created using 3D printing devices.
Operate machinery for various types of printed documents, adjusting the font, paper size, and weight. This allows ascenders and descenders to be correctly placed.
The characteristics, use and operations of various software products such as computer programmes and application software.
The computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating, modifying, analysing or optimising a design.
List the design specifications such as materials and parts to be used and a cost estimate.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) systems to assist in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimisation of a design.
Upkeep procedures and technical working of machines that produce printed graphical material.
Use graphical ICT tools, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender which enable digital editing, modelling, rendering and composition of graphics. These tools are based in mathematical representation of three-dimensional objects.
Техник по 3D-печати - Какие навыки полезны, но не обязательны?
Determine the amount and the kind of materials necessary to build certain machines or equipment.
While designing products, determine if materials are suitable and available for production.
The steps required through which a material is transformed into a product, its development and full-scale manufacturing.
The computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) is the use of computer technology for design and design documentation. CAD software replaces manual drafting with an automated process.
Understand design drawings detailing the design of products, tools, and engineering systems.
Monitor quality standards in manufacturing and finishing process.
Use non-computerised draughting techniques to make detailed drawings of designs by hand with specialised tools such as pencils, rulers and templates.
Mathematics is the study of topics such as quantity, structure, space, and change. It involves the identification of patterns and formulating new conjectures based on them. Mathematicians strive to prove the truth or falsity of these conjectures. There are many fields of mathematics, some of which are widely used for practical applications.
The elements used in design such as unity, scale, proportion, balance, symmetry, space, form, texture, colour, light, shade and congruence and their application into practice.
Drawing software and the various symbols, perspectives, units of measurement, notation systems, visual styles and page layouts used in technical drawings.
Create detailed technical plans of machinery, equipment, tools and other products.
The various artificial replacements of body parts or limbs, which were lost during a trauma, disease or an accident.
Perform cleaning routines after equipment use.
The field of engineering concerned with the development, improvement, and implementation of complex processes and systems of knowledge, people, equipment, etc.
Techniques used for creating detailed drawings of designs by using specialised pencils, rulers, templates and scales.
Design prototypes of products or components of products by applying design and engineering principles.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints, drawings and plans and maintain simple written records.
The offered products, their functionalities, properties and legal and regulatory requirements.
Theoretical and practical applications of the science studying the action of displacements and forces on physical bodies to the development of machinery and mechanical devices.
