Техник по испытаниям аккумуляторов - Какие навыки обязательны?
The procedures to inspect a product or system to ensure that it is according to specifications and requirements.
The characteristics and properties of battery fluids.
Use various techniques to ensure the product quality is respecting the quality standards and specifications. Oversee defects, packaging and sendbacks of products to different production departments.
Measure voltage, current, resistance or other electrical characteristics by using electrical measuring equipment such as multimeters, voltmeters, and ammeters.
The national and international regulations with regards to the use and manufacture of electrical equipment on the workfloor. These regulations provide rules and guidelines on topics such as general risk management, electrical equipment manufacture, electrical equipment testing, electrical equipment installation, warning labels, and certificates.
Read and interpret drawings listing all the parts and subassemblies of a certain product. The drawing identifies the different components and materials and provides instructions on how to assemble a product.
Test processed workpieces or products for basic faults.
Monitor quality standards in manufacturing and finishing process.
Tthe qualities and applications of electrical discharge, including voltage and electrodes.
Elements that indicate or influence instrument performance. A first indication of the performance of the instrument is the accuracy or precision of the instrument, such as its response time, resolution, and range. A second indication of performance is the technical performance of the instrument, such as its power level, the electromagnetic interference, and transient voltages. A third indication of performance are environmental factors that can influence instrument performance, such as humidity, operating temperatures, or dust.
Operate equipment used for battery testing, such as a soldering iron, a battery tester, or a multimeter. Detect flaws affecting the battery's performance, test the battery's capacity for accumulating charge, or test its voltage output.
Interpret and analyse data collected during testing in order to formulate conclusions, new insights or solutions.
The different battery types according to the representative chemical components used in the anode or the cathode such as zinc-carbon, nickel-metal hydride, lead-acid, or lithium-ion.
The physical components, such as wiring, electronics and voltaic cells that can be found in batteries. The components vary according to size and type of battery.
Ensure operative processes are finished at a previously agreed-upon time.
Maintain required company records and forms in order to report any defective materials or questionable conditions of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Electronic devices that test the state of batteries. Battery testers can test the charge present in battery cells, test the battery's capacity for accumulating charge and detect flaws that may influence the battery's performance, depending on the type of battery tester.
Test procedures performed on electrical equipment and machinery in order to check the performance and quality of the electrical equipment and their adherence to specifications. During these tests electrical properties, such as voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, and inductance, are measured using electrical measuring equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters.

Remove defective materials from the production line.
Test electrical equipment for malfunctions. Take safety measures, company guidelines, and legislation concerning electrical equipment into account. Clean, repair and replace parts and connections as required.
Understand electrical engineering, a field of engineering that deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.
Dispose of dangerous materials such as chemical or radioactive substances according to environmental and to health and safety regulations.
Follow up complaints or accident reports in order to take adequate measures to solve problems. Contact the relevant authorities or internal staff to provide solutions in various situations.
Repair battery components through replacing cells, repairing wiring, or spot-welding cells.
Check overall product quality prior to shipment.
Know and understand the regulations and legal agreements governing the performance of waste removal activities.
Subdiscipline of chemistry that studies the chemical reactions that take place during the interaction of an electrolyte, a chemical substance that works as an ionic conductor, and an electrode, or an electrical conductor. Electrochemistry deals with the electrical charge that moves between the electrolyte and electrodes and studies the interaction between chemical changes and electrical energy. Electrochemistry is famously used in the manufacture of batteries.
Research equipment or required machine parts; compare sources, prices and delivery times.
Maintain equipment used for testing the quality of systems and products.
Examine and perform tests on prepared samples; avoid any possibility of accidental or deliberate contamination during the testing phase. Operate sampling equipment in line with design parameters.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure common understanding and discuss product design, development and improvement.
Send equipment that didn't pass inspection back to the assembly line for re-assembly.
Maintain records of the progress of the work including time, defects, malfunctions, etc.
Take and prepare samples for testing, verify their representability; avoid bias and any possibility of accidental or deliberate contamination. Provide clear numbering, labelling and recording of the sample details, in order to make sure that the results can be accurately matched to the original material.
Write the results and conclusions of the inspection in a clear and intelligible way. Log the inspection's processes such as contact, outcome, and steps taken.
