Job search without a name and photo – how Emploi works
On Emploi you make one profile without your name and photo, and you send no applications. Companies search profiles by trade, area, experience and availability, and send a contact request. You decide whether to give them your name and contact details.
1. You make a profile
Making a profile takes a few minutes. You say what your trade is, where you want to work, which shifts suit you, your permits, your experience and your languages. The profile is free for the job seeker.
2. Companies search the profiles
A company searches and filters profiles. Search follows clear rules: skills, experience, location and availability. No AI judges you. While it is browsed, your profile shows no name, photo or contact details.
3. A company asks, and you decide
When a company wants to get in touch, it sends a request, and one credit, the company's unit of payment, is held. You have 48 hours to accept or decline. Only after you accept does the company see your name and contact details, and only then is the credit spent. After that you can talk directly.
What Emploi is not
Emploi has no job list, and you are not matched to a vacancy. Emploi is not a staffing agency and not a public CV database.
Frequently asked questions
What does my profile show while a company browses?
Your trade, the area you want to work in, the shifts that suit you, availability, permits, length of experience and languages. Your name, photo and contact details do not show.
How long does my availability stay fresh?
Availability is your own report. It is fresh for 14 days. After that the profile says the availability is not confirmed.
Will you show me jobs?
No. Emploi has no job list. Companies find you through your profile.
What happens if I decline a request?
The company does not see your name or contact details, and the credit goes back to the company. The same happens if you do not answer in time.
